PENANG LRT PROJECT TEAM BUILDING 2026
The Penang LRT Project successfully held its Team Building Programme 2026 on 22–23 August 2026 at My Gopeng Resort, Gopeng, Perak, bringing together 47 staff members in a two-day programme facilitated by Smart Progeny.
Carrying the theme “Building Beyond Boundaries,” the programme focused on strengthening teamwork, fostering camaraderie, building stronger interpersonal relationships, and enhancing communication among team members.
Through a series of engaging team activities and challenges, participants were encouraged to collaborate, build trust, communicate effectively, and work together towards common goals. The programme provided a valuable opportunity for staff to strengthen their bonds beyond the workplace while reinforcing the importance of unity and collective effort.
The successful programme concluded with renewed team spirit and stronger collaboration, supporting the Penang LRT Project’s commitment to building a cohesive, resilient, and high-performing team as we work together towards the successful delivery of the project.
