Basic Occupational First Aid, CPR & AED Training
A successful Basic Occupational First Aid, CPR & AED Training was conducted on 5 and 6 August 2026 at the Irama Duta Training Centre. The two-days training was conducted by CERT Academy and attended by approximately 18 Irama Duta employees.
The course was specially customized to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to become qualified First Aiders in the workplace. The participants will be taught on basic life support skill such as CPR & Choking and other first aid related topics such as bleeding & wounds, burn & scald, fracture & spinal injuries. The program consists of theory presentation, practical session and life-like simulation (casualty make-up) to equip the participants not only knowledge, but also the skill to handle various emergencies.
