Aman Shah is the Head of Project Management of Irama Duta Sdn Bhd.

He was graduated from University of Malaya with Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Geology.

Aman Shah is a strategic and detail-oriented person with 23 years of experience in Construction Sector. He is a Construction leader with extensive experience leading end-to-end of various infrastructure project like highways, railways and MRTs. He previously worked with MMC-Gamuda JV Sdn Bhd, and MRT Corporation.  Involvement in multiple large projects such as Electrified Double Track Project from Ipoh to Padang Besar (EDTP), MRT Project Kajang Line, Putrajaya Line, JB-Singapore RTS and many others. In Irama Duta, he is being responsible to Lead Project Management department as a whole.

Tamrin Bin Omar accountable as Head of Human Resource & Administration of Irama Duta Sdn Bhd.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

He gained over 26 years of experience from various industries such as financial & investment, telecommunication and construction. He started his career in a finance role before evolving into a HR and Administration role with his forte in Quality, Industrial Relation and Training & Development. He previously worked in companies such as TRI/Celcom Bhd and Arab Malaysian Securities Sdn Bhd. Prior to joining Irama Duta, he was the Head of Human Resources in Seri Meraga Construction Sdn Bhd where he led and managed all aspects of the Human Capital included remuneration, industrial relation, ISO 9001 certification and company license & registration. His responsibilities in Irama Duta includes full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration and Information Technology.

Fadhilah accountable as Head of Finance & Account of Irama Duta Sdn Bhd.

She graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Accounting & Finance from Liverpool John Moores University.

Prior to joining Irama Duta Sdn Bhd as Senior Executive in 2005, she was attached to Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad and Putera Capital Berhad. She has over 28 years of vast experience in accounting, finance, tax, audit, treasury, budgetary control and GST implementation particularly in construction industries. Presently, she leads the Company’s Finance & Accounts Department which is responsible for the operation and activities of the group of companies including secretarial matters.

Sr Wan Roslan is the General Manager Contracts & Commercial of Irama Duta Sdn Bhd.

He obtained his first degree from University of Reading, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying. He is also a dual Masters holder, acquiring Master of Laws Degree in Construction and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, U.K and Master of Business Administration (specializing in Project Management) from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He is professionally certified in Malaysia as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor with the Board of QS Malaysia, a Full Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and a qualified Adjudicator. He is also recognized internationally in the United Kingdom as a certified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also one of the pioneer holders in Malaysia of the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in the United States.

Sr Wan Roslan has attained vast global construction, management, claims and commercial experience in various key economic sectors (including oil & gas, railways, infrastructure, heavy engineering and building) in Malaysia and abroad (UK, Central Asia, Middle East and Asia Pacific Region) in a career span of nearly 30 years. At Irama Duta, he contributes to the full blend of construction related skills in the fields of Contracts Management, Strategic Management, Dispute Resolutions, Delay and Cost Claims, Commercial Management, Project Controls, Project Management and Facilities Management.

Ir. Ts. Syed Nur Aizuddin is Regional Manager, East Malaysia of Irama Duta Sdn Bhd.

He graduated from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). A registered engineer and technologists with Board of Engineer Malaysia and Malaysian Board of Technologists

Aizuddin has more than 16 years of construction and management experience in the Construction Sector. He started his career with Hoe Construction in 2007 as Site Engineer. Then, he joined MMC Gamuda JV Sdn Bhd as Senior Engineer in 2008. He has involved with construction and operation of Electrified Double Track Project Ipoh to Padang Besar. He joined Irama Duta Sdn Bhd in 2016 for the KVMRT Project of the company.

Sr Muhammad Faisal is a graduate of Quantity Surveying from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), registered with BQSM and a member of RISM. He brings over 22 years of contract management, commercial strategy and quantity surveying experience across the full construction cycle, from subcontracting and main contracting to consultancy and project management under PDP arrangements.

His portfolio spans infrastructure, rail, highways, buildings, industrial and healthcare. He has held key commercial roles on Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak, NKVE Fourth Lane Widening and GS10-LRT3, overseeing cost control, contract administration and variation governance.

 He has represented the Government of Malaysia on complex contractual reviews, including UEM Group’s claims for the Second Penang Bridge and MMC Gamuda JV’s claims for the Ipoh–Padang Besar Electrified Double Track Project. In buildings and healthcare, he led the basement car park remeasurement audit at Sime Darby Medical Centre, managed Lucentia Residences at BBCC for EcoWorld, housing at Bandar Tiram 3, and upgrades for KPJ Bandar Dato’ Onn and KPJ Maharani hospitals.

Prior to joining Irama Duta, he played a key role in restructuring and strengthening the Commercial & Contract Department as Head of Contract & Commercial at Tg. Langsat Development Sdn. Bhd., which is currently transitioning under the JCorp Group as JLG Buildworks.

He joined Irama Duta Sdn. Bhd. in April 2025 and now leads the Commercial Department, overseeing procurement, contract administration and cost management to ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects in line with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
