Responsibilities:
· Develop and align the department 's goals and strategies with the organization 's overall strategic objectives. Ensure that project management practices support the company 's mission and vision.
· Incharge of the entire project, covering initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure phases. This involves working closely with upper managements to ensure that project adheres to the defined schedule and remains within the allocated budget.
· Able to align the department 's goals and strategies with the company 's Bussiness Plan and contribute to the company 's long-term success.
· A proven track record of successful project management, ideally with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible roles.
· Strong leadership and management abilities with the capacity to lead and inspire a team of project managers, coordinators, and other staff members.
· Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
· Understanding the project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost management, as well as the ability to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
· Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving, as project managers often encounter challenges that require quick and effective resolution.
· Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, including executives, clients, vendors, and team members, and communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as executives, clients, vendors, and team members.
· Identifying and implementing innovative project management practices and tools that can enhance the company 's competitiveness and ability to pursue new business opportunities.
· Able to analyzing market trends and customer demands to identify opportunities for new projects that align with the Company 's Bussiness Plan and understanding the market dynamics.
Requirement:
· Possess Degree in Engineering or Project Management or relevant discipline.
· At least 20 years of working experience and 8 years experience in management level.
· Knowledgable in current industry standards and regulations. Strong leadership, and good in communication.
· Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is highly recommended.
